Hello, I have Windows 10 pro 64-bit. At some point a Windows update made my Music Stuidio 8 stop loading at the Directx filters. Uninstall, reinstall, admin mode, compatibility mode did not help. So I uninstalled and did a Music Studio 11 install. I have to install 2x as the first time it froze. Second install worked fine, but it has the same loading issue and just freezes. I have more than 1tb available on my drive, all updates are recent, C++ and .Net files are the most current. Microsoft is aware of the issue, but keeps telling users to contact the support for the program and won't help other than generic troubleshooting for all programs.
