The key here is what page exactly you placed your audio player on. Keep in mind that there are pages/layers in your project that have a special meaning, namely the navigation and background layer. If you want one song/audio file to consistently play in the background when viewing your website, without being affected by page changes, you need to place it on the background layer (which you can find in the "Pages" panel). If you want a different song for each page, you need to place the audio files/players on the individual pages. If you have something in the background layer and one a page, the files will play at the same time, which might or might not be desired. Most of the time, this kind of clash would probably not be desired, especially if we're talking about actual background music here.
