music maker2016 new unopened, error 24, serial number already register

Hi, I have purchaced music maker 2016 new unopened. On trying to install, the server states that the serial number is already registered. How do I move forward from here? I have spent a full morning going round and round and round it what to seems to be a complete nonsense website unable to contact anyone. please help.

Contact the seller. Error 24 suggests the serial has been registered to a different email address. Unless you are making an error with the email then it suggests the "unopened" version may have been opened and used.
