Music Maker stuck on Initalising Sound Pools

Hi,I recently had to uninstall MMM from my computer.On reinstalling MMM 2013 the program seems to lockup when trying to Initalise the Sound Pools.I have reinstalled MMM about three times but get the same results.Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks to nycgriff for his excellant memory. A little history from you would help....why did you have to remove MM from your computer ? Did you check for a complete removal of all aspects ? Did it reside in your trash bin and then yu deleted it. or is/was it still in your trash bin ? Are you trying to reinstall on same computer ? Have you done a search of files with "Soundpools" in the name ?
