After recording and attempting to save the file, music maker shuts down and gives the message that it is no longer responding. All recordings are lost. Music Maker was just upgraded to premium last week.
@Sharon-Wagers Please check the recording settings in Music Maker for the folder where your recordings are saved. You can click on the cogwheel right next to the recording button to open the settings. Your recordings should be saved in the folder that is listed there.
Thank you for this. I see where I can choose to "save" the file listed new 0013 which I did. There are 3 of them, .HDP file or Magix sounds, one is HD file and the last is wave sound. None of them will open or reload into Magix. Any other thoughts? Thank you again.
@Sharon-Wagers How big is the WAV file? Multiple megabytes? Can you open it just by double clicking to play it with the Windows audio file player or does this not work?
