But what can I do to have ALL these software???

I can only install Music Maker and some soundpool and synthesizer??

What do you see in the email that came with the purchase? Activation codes? Download links? Instructions? Or nothing?

I purchased a similar product, I was, however, upgrading from 2017 to 2018. But when I received my confirmation email, I had to scroll down a bit and the codes for all the free products are in the email, they just aren't so obviously noticeable.
