When I attempt to log into the Magix Store, I get an Error, "An error has occurred during the purchase process". I have and account and have requested to reset my password and have done so. I the "HELP" activation tab, the window comes up in German. That's kinda confusing, not sure why that happened. All menu's are in English.

Well, I did the update and am now in the store. I downloaded MEHR SPUREN UND FORMATE and have my extra tracks. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

Did you install all the extra content that became available under the Downloads, when you activated the program?

If not do so to get all the features etc installed.
