Music Maker Premium 2019 - Having Lots of Problems

Hiya. I'm having a lot of issues with Music Maker Premium 2019, such as libraries not loading and exporting errors. I'll get into those in a little while, but before that, I'm running windows 10 on this pc, and one thing that may be causing some problems is that my locale is set to Japanese, so that makes the file directory symbol ¥ instead of a slash. However, I'm unsure of how to solve that problem.
Anyway, I have downloaded a couple libraries, and none of them work most of the time. I've had the libraries load twice, once immediately after installation, and a second time (seeming random chance. I really have no idea what I did, to be honest with you). I'm almost certain that it has to do with the locale, but should I just replace the symbols? And why did it work that one time? I'm just so confused.

This is the error that shows up.
Another issue I'm having is that when I do get the libraries to work, I can't export anything. The entire program crashes and restarts after reaching 22% on the normalization step. Maybe that also has to do with my locale?

I'm gonna change it back to English and tell y'all if anything changes.

\okay, well, now I think it might be worse. it doesn't even load the program. I reinstalled, and everything is a mess.

Edit: it did load the program, I just had to do the weird thing where I opened two instances on purpose just to get it working. This solved the problem with the libraries, but exporting is still impossible.

Edit 2: restarted the program again, and it didn't load the libraries this time, so I'm back to square one. The issue is not the system locale, apparently.

I've run into the same exporting issue. Export dies at %22 normalization.

I did get it to export ONCE but it turned the track into a garbled mess!

Worth noting I also use Win10 But locale is set to USA, so that isn't the problem
