i have been fighting with trying to get the premium version downloaded onto my computer for over a week now ..it seems to download premium then makes me remove the free edition from my computer and never uploads premium ...so I click on premium and it starts the process over and over and over again..im losing my mind

Hi,

The free and Premium versions are identical - you install the free version and then activate the Premium version, then... see this tutorial:
