every time i load the Magix music maker plus (64bit) software i have to reinstall my content every time i load up. all my features vsts sound pools plus your own store content wont show up i have several packages(listed in part below) all of them are not available until i reinstall them or are absent completely every time i load up. then i can work for however long the auto save feature is for and it crashes as it saves. turn it off and it crashes after about 20 mins of work either way. saying out of memory
any files with none native Vsts in them no longer load for my work that is a lot
tracks without Vsts are out of beat and miss aligned load up old version they sound fine new version its out by a few milli sconds in the placement or mix i cant tell as it crashed too quick
things tried
logged in (correct)
checked the content is usable according to the store (it works in the 32 bit just fine and i purchased your bridge software as well for the 32bit ones to work in the new version)
deleted and reinstalled all content
tried on a different system same problems
clean install with no content inc your own, seems to function just fine
install any content crashes or tells me i dont own it. if i do install any of the store content next time i load it it says store download failed and an "ok" button no msg or error code. randomly disconnected me from your store says there is no internet even though i clearly have internet to any other applications running on the machine at the same time i have to restart my entire computer to get it to load the store/ program again.
