Music Maker not showing in products

I have Magix Music maker but it is not showing in my products. I tried to register it on website but it states product is already registered.

I tried to Activate it in the Magix program but entered the wrong email address and now that option says ERROR.

How can I activate it in the program so that it will credit my account with Magix Music Maker, which I am using a lot now?

@TC-Basset You probably created a user account with the incorrect e-mail address. Go to https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ and use your incorrect e-mail address and password and log into your user account. Change the e-mail address in the account settings.
