Hi. I have a huge problem. After i installed Magix Music Maker my pc acting strange.

When im on youtube or watching a movie every now and then the sound and picture stop for about 2-3 sec and then plays normal again. Sometimes its so bad it makes a terrible sound insted of stoping the sound. This happens every minute or two somethimes it takes longer.

I know its something to do with MMM bec i uninstalled it and then everything was ok. Now its installed again and the "thing" is back again. Only thing i did was to change path to my soundpools witch i have on my D: drive. (mmm is installed on my C: drive.

Windows 7 Pro Sp1, 16GB ram, Intel core i7, 4770k, 64bit, Ext soundcard CI1, Firefox and MMM 2015 (steam)

Hi,

Have you resolved this? I have not seen a problem like the one that you have and I doubt that MMM would be the cause, especially if it is not loaded. Do you have this problem when MMM is not loaded?

I did have a problem with a recent RealPlayer update that added some Cloud thing. It caused my Windows Explorer to search for a long time everytime I would select a folder. I removed it and the problem went away. That is because it works in the background monitoring for new and changed files. MMM does nothing when it is not loaded, and even when loaded, it should have no effect.

Maybe your problem is Steam.

Do a search for Steam in the Q&A part and you will see a lot of comments about it. I don't know why people insist on buying Magix programs on Steam when one can buy directly from Magix and get support from them.

It started after i installed MMM, but it can be a coinsident. I have noticed that its not doing it anymore. And the reason for that maby is i gave up telling mmm where the soundpools was. Everytime i load mmm the soundpools isnt there and i have to load them. So i think it have something to do with that maby.

I did remove the adobe cloud now just to be sure :)

I bougt it on steam because i hade founds from selling items on the market. In other words it was free for me :) Will also check search for steam :)

Thanks for the reply browj2
