Go to the Magix website and under Music click the links to it to install

Thanks, John, for your response. Instead of going directly through Play Store, I used a browser to go to the Magix website, which is what I think you were suggesting. I found it there. However, it offered me two choices: Internet or Play Store. I chose Play Store which returned me to the Google search for Magix that I had done. So I entered Magix website again and again chose Jam. This time, when asked, I chose Internet instead of Play Store. I got a page with an Install button which I clicked. It said I had to log in. I click the login button and received a page that said it was a Google error page. It stated that the requested page was invalid. I guess I will wait a few days and try again.
No problem here installing the software using the Playstore link.
Can you log in to the Playstore from the web?
John
Yes, I login to PlayStore from the web using a browser. I just tried to find it again in the PlayStore. There are 22 music related apps that show up and Jam is not among them. I also received an email from Magix today saying Movie Edit for Android could be installed, but no apps for video editing show up. Maybe it's because I'm in Costa Rica ... my IP address is 'overseas'. I just upgraded my Music Maker 2014 Premium to the 2015 version without any problem, but of course, that was not for Android.

I still have not been able to install Music Maker Jam for Android. I did, however, install RD3 Beatbox. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of sound, although I really don't have any use for it other than novelty.
