Music Maker Jam files

I don't see a forum for the MM Jam app, so I'll ask here.

Where are my project files stored? I did a factory reset on my Samsung GS3, and was unable to save my projects, because I couldn't find them. The app needs a setting so we can tell it where we want them stored. I'd sure like to put them on my 64gig SD card.

Well, if I can't get this little tidbit of info about an Android app, why the hell should I buy the desktop version.

Screw this crap.

axlmyk,

First, this is a user forum seldom visited by any Magix employees much less developers. If you are serious about getting the full Music Maker program be sure you try out the free demo. I've got MM Jam installed on my Acer (Win 8) tablet and have only had a quick play so far. I'm disappointed that the "...continue fine-tuning them later..." feature seems to be only operative if you have the full Music Maker program on a Windows 8 machine. The video editing App, Movie Edit Touch' has an option to export a project and copies of all the clips and images used, so that it is easy to continue editing on any desktop machine running MEP.

The MMJ projects I've saved have a .xml extension. I don't know how an Android machine does things but I located mine in ...\AppData\Local\Packages\MagixMusicMakerJam_a2t3x(&more nums!)\LocalState. This is the default as I didn't get any opportunity to specify another location.

Regards,

Carl
