I´m on a fresh install of Windows and I downloaded the installer, but it just won´t start downloading, it stays on 0%, tried disabling my antivirus and firewall but nothing. The servers are down or something?
Update:
I already tried on a different pc, it seems there´s a server problem I guess, but it has been like this since yesterday.

Look at your image again
You may find that the download will stop particularly if the Internet connection is not stable or overloaded.
While the download is progressing it is beat not to do anything else on the computer - several times I have inadvertently stopped the download.

Tried this and it didn´t download anything, I tried even closing all background programs and yet it didn´t work, it keeps pausing itself before even download anything.
Yep, today its downloading with no problem, it seems that it was a server problem that lasted through the weekend for me.
