@Joon-Min-Gong

Hi

. . . . ACCESS_VIOLATION in thread "MuMa Location", exception code 0xC0000005, . . . .

Are you using an external audio interface?

If so, this can be caused by compatibility issues between the universal ASIO driver,which is used by the default software, and external audio hardware - check you are using the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the audio equipment, and not the universal ASIO driver.

Unplug the external device and start Music Maker, once the program starts plugin the external audio device and in the Program settings, Audio/Midi tab set the audio device driver to the manufacturer supplied driver.

@Joon-Min-Gong I world guess an error in the Qt5 module points to a problem with the graphical user interface. Are you using multiple monitors? Are your graphic drivers up to date?

You can try and reset the program setting by deleting the MusicMaker.ini in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mm30
