I get the same error report everytime please see attached files, and does anyone know how to repair and or fix the constant program crashing. PLEASE AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE I do run windows 11 64BIT with plenty of space/storage/room on drive and everything is up to date as far as updates, yet keeps crashing .. please make it stop someone with more computer tech knowledge, thank you very much once again,,,,

Hi

The MUMA location error usually occurs when using an external audio interface ASIO driver mismatch.

If this is the case in Music Maker program settings the audio device must be set to use the external audio device's drivers not the Magix ASIO driver.

For future posts please take screenshots using the screen capture feature of Windows - use the PrtSc (Print screen) button on your keyboard, open the image editor of your, choice, paste the image into, crop if required, and save as jpg for uploading.

I usually use the Asio4all audio driver though, is there any settings i need to change on that?

Hi

. . . . I usually use the Asio4all audio driver though . . . .

I assume this means you are using an external audio device for playback, in which case you should be using its driver.

ASIO4All provides a 'driver interface' for audio devices which do not have ASIO direct connectivity. If your audio device has ASIO connectivity then you should be using the device's ASIO driver, not ASIO4All
