Music Maker 2023 - User Survey - InApp - display errors

Hello. Magix invites to "Music Maker 2023 - User Survey - InApp" and promises $/€ 50,- for participation. The problem is, that it's impossible to fill in this survey. Just on the first page I can select only countries from Albania to Bangladesh. All next countries are blank. On page 2 is a blank choice for the sum that I would pay for the subscription renewal. I didn't try to go to the next page. I tried the survey on Edge, Chrome and Firefox plus on my Android phone and iPad with the same result during last three days.

Page 1 looks like on the attached snapshot. Seems that Magix does not controll it.

@janusz1958 I saw in another thread that the layout is broken. It's possible Magix will fix it next week, but that is just speculation from my side.

I reported the problem a couple of days a go Magix say they have had no other reports of problems so it is important that people do report this. I've tried it on three browsers with no plugins running and they all fail. I have told Magix this is the case.
