Music Maker 2023 Saving project defaults to C:\ProgramData...

Hi,

For me, Music Maker 2023 (31.0.4.35) always tries to save a new project to:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Music Maker\31\_Demos\Demo Score

even though I have Folder-Projects in Program Settings set to:

B:\Documents\MAGIX\Music Maker\Projects

Each time, I have to change the path to the correct place.

If I then start a new project, the default changes back to C:\ProgramData... The program does not remember the correct or last location.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Thanks,

John CB

@browj2

Hi John

I cannot replicate this - MMM follows the folders paths as set in the program settings.

The only time I have ever seen a program (not a Magix offering) do this was when the path set was not available, ie the hard drive had powered down and did not become active fast enough - it was a relatively slow drive.
