Music Maker 2022 Premium Edition do not install

Hello.

I just bought this product and got a download link. I can download the EXE without problems, but when I run it, this window appears and it does not go beyond there (the progress always remains at 0%). When I click Continue, a moving blue circle appears to the left of the program name (Music Maker), but after a while the two blue bars seen in the image reappear.

I have already tried to install on three different PCs (different brand) and the same thing happens.

At the time I was able to install and use the free version of Steam without any major problem (that's why I decided to buy the paid version, but I chose to buy directly with Magix, not through Steam), so I suppose the problem is with the installer , and not with MM itself.

I found suggestions that ask to disable the Firewall and the antivirus, but after doing this the problem persists.

Any help is welcome. Thank you in advance.

Yes. I disabled firewall, anivirus and Defender and the problem persisted then, but then, with help from Magix support, I found the solution. Another possible solution would have been to use VPN to change my IP.

Apparently the problem was my ISP. It appears that some ISPs block Magix (not clear why). Fortunately, in my case I have two ISPs as backup, my second ISP does not block Magix, which solved the problem.

I didn't know what things like this could happen, that's why it hadn't occurred to me to try my other ISP.

I would guess it's because all of the advertisement spam Magix is sending out every day. It wouldn't surprise me, if this is the cause.
