Music Maker 2021 Premium Not Syncing to Store

After many tries decided to reinstall software from original mail and it will not install and i get the following messages can you please help Using Windows 10

@scotvip It looks like the Microsoft C++ redistributables are missing on your system. You can download them here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 (in case you have a 64 bit operating system download and install x64: vc_redist.x64.exe)
