Where, exactly, did you buy your copy of Music Maker 2016? Presumably, it had been pre-owned by someone else? If so, you will need to contact the person you bought it from and ask that he/she notifies Magix Customer Service that the existing registration needs to be cancelled because ownership of the software has now been transferred to you. Only when this has been fully done will you be able to register the program in your name, I think.
