Music Maker 2013 Premium freezes after pushing PLAY button

In Magix Music Maker 2013 Premium, the program freezes after pressing PLAY. The Play/Pause button turns blue to show that it's been pressed, but then the program is unresponsive. When I CTR + ALT + DEL, it says Not Responding. Can anyone offer help/advice?

Did it ever work ? Did you regiister the program ? There is a "Repair" tool provided by Magix that might fix yoour problem
