Hi,

This should have been done automatically when you downloaded and installed the additional files under Help, Update program/Upgrade functions. Did you do this?

If so, do you still have 2013 installed? If not, then that may be the problem.

If so, then check under:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Music Maker 2016 Live\MxSynth

that you have the following:

Bass Machine.ini
Bass Machine.lnk
World Percussion.ini
World Percussion.lnk

Note that the .lnk means link. The destination should be where the instruments are installed; in my case:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MAGIX Services\MxSynth\Bass Machine"

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MAGIX Services\MxSynth\World Percussion"

I usually only have a problem with Century Keys not showing up, so I copy pertinent folder over to the new program. Let me know if you still have problems.
