Music Maker 19 registration issues

product wont register and i got no satisfaction from calling them, all they said was ' well it should work", they said they would contact me and help me and there has been no email or phone call.

Music Maker 19 - do you mean Music Maker 2013?

If so then please use the program name as it is dispalyed in the top bar of the program window or the abbreviation MMM 2013

If so and you have upgraded to Windows 10 from 7 or 8 then this is one of the issues caused by the Windows 10 upgrade.

In this case you have to re-install the program using this procedure.
