Providing some detailed information is essential, as we cannot see what is happening on your computer screen.

Please post in the correct section of the forum - you have posted in one of the the Video forum sections. If you are using any of the audio/music creation programs such as Music Maker, Acid, Sound Forge or Samplitude these products have there own sections under the Audio forum.

Should you wish to post examples of your creations made using a Magix product, there is a separate Media section of the forum specifically for this - the link is at the top of the page
