Multiuser license for sound forge audio studio 16

I'm going to purchase license for sound forge audio studio 16. Can someone light me up on the following?

I need to install sound forge audio studio 16 on my 3 PCs. Is this possible with a single license key?
Is this license, annual subscription base or lifetime key.

@prasannad The perpetual license can be activated on two computers at a time. You can switch between three computers if you regularly deactivate one license via the Help menu. If you want three activations to save you from this hassle you can ask customer support at infoservice@magix.net for a third activation.

The 365 subscription license can only be activated on one computer. You can select if you want to purchase a perpetual license or subscription.

In addition to @SP.'s comment - if you decide to go for the Subscription model licences - do read the Terms & Conditions carefully - there are significant differences between subscription and perpetual licences.
