@Rogelio-Tremocha

Hi and welcome to the forum

Please do not post order numbers, serial numbers or any other confidential information including images which show these. This is one of the quickest ways of losing control of your product.

I have removed the image and order number from your post.

As the email is dated - Jul 14, 2020 - have you re-installed the program and are now wanting to re-install the codec?

The MainConcept codec was/is not an upgrade, it is an alternative to the supplied codec and was/is optional.

Did you follow the instructions for installation in the PDF file you will have been sent and is mentioned in your purchase email?

If you do not have that document and have lost the activation code you were sent then you need to email infoservice@magix.net explaining the problem.
