MP4 Codec Needed

When trying to import an MP4 file I get an error saying I must import the free codec. When I try to continue I get an error window saying "This serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX support. Error code -24

How can I change the email address the product was registered under?

Hi and welcome to the user to user forums. It should still be possible to log into your Magix account on the main website with your old email address if you can still remember it and then change your details from there. If you can't remember your old email address you can contact Magix at infoservice@magix.net.

Thank you. I have decided to attempt to get a refund for the Magix product I purchased instead since I was able to purchase and use a product from another company without this issue.
