I just downloaded the new version of Music Maker and I can no longer drag MP3 files into the program to edit/cut. I get an error message saying it cannot read the format or something like that. These same MP3 files worked just fine before I installed the update. Any idea what I need to do to fix this?
@Courtney-Young Is your MP3-addon installed? Are you logged in? In case this doesn't work you can try to clean the cache of the store by going into the program settings and clicking on the button to clean up the store.

@Courtney-Young If it worked in the past it should work fine now. You can check in the store if the "More Tracks and Formats" add-on is installed.
You don't need to buy it again if you already got it working before the update. Just try to clean up the store cache. This can help.
That worked! Thank you! I now have another issue. Now that my music piece is loaded in the program, it will not play. I push the space bar and play button, but nothing happens. When I click the piano keys, I see the key pushing down, but no sound... My computer sound is working bc I tested it, but it's not working in the program.
Nevermind! I went into settings and clicked the audio/midi and fixed it. Thanks so much for your help
