@SCOTT-MARTELLO Try resetting the program settings by holding CTRL and SHIFT and double clicking on the program icon. A small window should appear asking you to reset the program settings and clean the cache. You will lose all your settings, but I don't think any other method will help.

SP, thank you for the info. Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue. I submitted a ticket. Hopefully they'll have an answer. Thanks for trying though.

@SCOTT-MARTELLO Maybe a reinstallation could help. Disable your Windows Defender firewall and antivirus during the installation. Maybe they blocked something. Enable them again after everything was installed.
