MP3 Deluxe 19

Why can't I reach FreeDB when inserting a CD in MP3 Deluxe 19. I get a "Connection could not be established with the Freedb server.". FYI, my home Wi-Fi works fine and my win10 computer is connected.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

FreeDB closed down in March 2020. If you do a search online you will find a number of web pages explaining why and suggesting possible alternatives.

@gilval I think that https://picard.musicbrainz.org/ is a very good alternative to FreeDB.
