MP3

I just installed Sound Forge 13 Audio Studio to my computer and am having trouble getting it to recognize mp3's. I've gone into preferences, clicked on file types and clicked on mp3. I've even restarted and rebooted, but it still doesn't recognize them. Any ideas?

Does an MP3 file load when dragged onto the timeline?

No. It has a circle with a line through it.

i am having same problem, can not load or save in mp3 format

Same issue here,.mp3 not listed in "open" Menu
