Log into your magix.com "My Account" area, deactivate the license. Uninstall the software then reinstall it on the new computer and reactivate using the license code in your My Account profile. I've done it numerous times and it works well, you just have to remember to deactivate and uninstall, otherwise the system may think you have an unauthorized copy or that you exceed the maximum number of installations.
