Movies on DVD7

Despite over a month of trying I am stillnot able to get a this software to work. I get no picture and no sound. I have XP Sp3 . Where do I get the drivers from? I am begining to think that I have bought the wrong software.

Hello,

plenty of folks have got XP SP3, and theirs work. What you can do is download the driver from the Magix website

http://www.magix.com/uk/rescue-your-videotapes/

You'll see it listed on the right.

If you still have problems, I'm sure Technical Support can help you out.

Hi Meena,

Although I am completely new at this, I initially had the same problem because the booklet tells you to upload driver for the USB videowandler then plug it in. This did not work for me...I had to plug the USB wandler for my PC to recognise it, then upload the driver from the disc provided.
