Movie Studio Platinum- Vegas Screen Capture tool version 2020

I am taking a class that I need to capture the video and audio for later study. What are the steps to capturing these videos and sound. i have never used this software and do not know where to began. The youtube videos do not match what I have purchased and have downloaded. I desire to copy the class video/audio and save on my hard drive for future reference.

If it is 18 or 2022 this is the right forum but you need to tell us a lot more about your computer.
