@Levon-Saryan

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and confidential data, like your order number, should never be posted here. Hence, I have removed it from your post.

First, please read this post and give us FULL details of your computer. With this additional information from you, we may be able to offer some guidance to you.

You say you could not open the product; did you receive any error message? If so, please post the full details here.

Reinstalling of the software, without first completely uninstalling the previous installation rarely helps because the default uninstaller does not know about any of the files, folders and registry entries which are created when the app is run for the first time. It is almost inevitable that whatever is causing the problem on your computer is NOT being removed and hence is still causing the same problem!

Our advice is to download and install one of the specialist uninstaller programs - my personal choice is Revo Uninstaller - and allow it to completely uninstall everything associated with the program (just make sure you carefully follow its built-in instructions and especially that you check everything it says its "Deep Scan" is going to remove, especially if you have any other Magix program(s) installed.

Once it has finished, reboot your computer and then reinstall the software.

One final question: are you certain that your computer meets at least the minimum requirements to run Magix Movie Studio 18, as found on this page?
