Movie Studio Platinum 13: Where is the FREE upgrade to 14?

I bought Movie Studio Platinum 13 + 14 in September (download 13 and get 14 for free when it is released in 2017).

Now I still have had no e-mail from Magix at all:
- That Movie Studio Platinum 14 was released
- Information about how to download the Free v14

There is no information available at my magix account. My old (v13) serial numbers don't work in v14.

The mails with the version 14 upgrade details have already been sent out recently. Please check your spam folder (or "Promotions" on GMail) too see if the mail possibly ended up there. If you cannot locate the mail, and you haven't done so yet, please contact MAGIX sales/support via the support website. Make sure to include the original e-mail address and order number for the initial version 13 purchase. They will recover your version 14 details for you.
