Hi and welcome to the user to user forums.

As such there are no Magix staff here to help you with problems of this nature.

Did you create a Magix user account at the main Magix website and register your product there?

If not I think that should be your first step. Once logged in, then you can see if the program is activated, try opening the program again. The best way to activate the program is to copy and paste the activation code including the first two letters into the activation box of the program.

If you have further problem or you have already done all of this please come back with more details but no personal data such as activation codes or your own computer ID as such information on a public forum can be information for hackers.

If you prefer to get in touch with Magix staff there should be a direct link to them in your Magix user account.

Do not confuse the account you created to be able to interact with this forum. They are separate user accounts.

Hi

Try disabling your antivirus Folder/Ransomware protection feature, start the program and activate it.. Close the program and restart it.

If this works then you need to add an exception for the program to your antivirus program Folder/Ransomware protection feature - how you do this will depend on the antivirus software.

Right click the program shortcut and select Run as Administrator then activate the program and restart it

If neither option works then we need more information:

Computer specification, Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) your are working with if this is a laptop. 

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
