Why in all of a sudden Movie Stuido HD KEEPS ASKING FOR SERIAL NUMBER?
I HAVE ENTER SERIAL NUMBER EACH TIME AND IT KEEPS CLOSING AND REOPENING AND KEEPS ASKING FOR SERIAL NUMBER!
I HAVE UNINSTALL IT AND REINSTALL IT AS ADMIN AND NO CHANGE!
VERY, VERY ANNOYING.

Assuming you are getting the green confirmation tick when you enter the serial number.
Try a full restart of the computer - Windows button, Power icon, Restart then turn off the Ransomware/Folder protection features of you Antivirus program.
Activate the software and check, on restrarting the program, it has held the registration., if successful turn back on the AV features.
If not are you getting any error messages, what is the full program name and version number as found under Help, About.
Your computer specification and Windows version may help, see this topic for what is required and please quote the processor and graphics card/chipset make/model in full.

i have attach the product screenshot from my account and the pop I get when opening Vegas Pro. I enter the serial number and it will say vegas has to restart to update and instead of opening vegas pro it keeps going to this screen. I tried installing from the disc and from downloading the .exe file from my account but it all keeps asking to enter the serial number.
I will not BUY a new version as this version i have used since 2010 and there were no issue til today!

The program you have is a very old version of Vegas Movie Studio.
The Vegas products have their own forum - link is at the bottom of this page, I would suggest you post your question there.
