i tried to see if this had been covered and found nothing

i upgraded to this version and started to use features

i got software to download an inhouse video somehow from magix hub

i had music from there also

i then put text in ai and got software to speak it from a selected voice and placed it on timeline

i then tried to add 2nd video and music and ai text and i cannot download

it said download started but where does it drop the files

it also said place on timeline and thats not working

do i need to sign up and pay for this facility...basicly the stuff in magix hub is issue

if software blocked it would be nice for software to tell you instead of saying nothing

software was good price but i do not want subscriptions for add ons

any response appreciated
