Movie Studio 2022 Platinum - Glich and jitter in preview and export.

I purchased and installed Movie Studio 2022 Platinum yesterday and I am getting glich and jitter of the video in the preview and exported movie which does not appear in the original video, how do I solve this as it makes the product unusable? Note, the video is AVI 1920x1080 @ 29.97 FPS... I don't get the problem with AVC 1920x1080 @ 50 FPS videos.

@Terbow

Hi and welcome to the forum

. . . . video is AVI 1920x1080 @ 29.97 FPS... I don't get the problem with AVC 1920x1080 @ 50 FPS videos . . . .

AVI video files are not hardware accelerated using your computers graphics card, they rely on the CPU for decoding and playback.

AVC (h.264) encoded video files can be hardware accelerated by a suitable graphics card and playback can be smooth.

We need more information:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

A screen shot of the Program settings, Device options tab may also help.
