A while ago I bought Movie Studio 17 Platinum, activated it, and used it for a bit. I stopped using it for a bit and came back to it today, but on opening the program, I'm met with the registration window. When I try to enter my email and key I get this:

It is the same email and same key from when I first registered. I do not know how to get out of this screen and get to the log in. I've tried redownloading it to no luck. What can I do to fix this?
