Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum. Build 143.

I bought the software downloaded I followed the instructions. My issue I go to make a video and I get this -24 as seen in the picture.

Hi Chad.

This comes up a lot where people buy the software from sites other than the Magix site.

If you bought it from the Magix site you should email Magix sales.

If not I think you need a refund from wherever you bought it as it looks like an illegal sale as the last user has not de-registered the program.
