I'm using the Movie Studio 16 since 2 years without any problem on the same computer.

Now I realized that if I import a video file for editing, during playing the file the synchron between the video and the voice is lost, I get black frames instead of the original picture. The video file is OK, if I play it on another software (e.g. VLC player) there is no problem.

What should I do? Does anyone have the same problem?
