movie starts okay then goes black on the screen. What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

I am usung he Kaiser Baas DVD Maker to transfer my old videos over to DVD.

When i begin the transfer it shows the picture in the preview box for the first few minutes then goes black on the preview screen. When i check playback it also is black. The video is fine, it works if i fast forward so i know there is picture there.

What am i doing wrong?

What software are you using with the Kaiser Baas converter?
