Do you mean Movie Edit Pro 17 released in 2010 or the latest version of Movie Edit Pro ?

If Movie Edit Pro 17 and you have Windows 10 then the program is not compatible with this version of Windows and you will need to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version.

Computer specification include processsor make/model, graphics card, RAM, Hard drive(s) and free space.

Windows version - if 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8?
