Hi John thank you for responding. I wonder if that is the issue, if my own custom title was still highlighted in the timeline maybe it changed them all when I dragged the pre-prepared title down from the title pane and added it to the timeline. That is worth looking at and testing out. If that is the case then it is a bit annoying because it also changed the one that I had saved in the "my own" title pane section too, so I lost the one that I had created completely. When I went back into the custom ones on the timeline it had changed the edit interface completely and had this text in the movement field "Von Links nach Rechts", not even English, and needless to say it could not be changed. That's why I thought it might be a bug. On my last project a couple of days ago I lost the grab handles for fade in/out and the colored transition banners on my video sections on the time line, I couldn't find them at all, even changing the size of the timeline didn't work. So I reset the program completely in the file menu and redownloaded all of the files when prompted. This restored the handles and banners, but now there is this issue to deal with. I have to say that this version is very frustrating. I will look at the titles issue again and do some tests later to try to find the solution. Thank you again or the response.

Hi Gid, thanks for responding. Information added to signature as requested. This PC is only 4 months old, I replaced my 10 year old PC with a more up to date model especially for using MEP. The spec is very high. I have tried to attach 2 videos. But I get an "Error Uploading Video" message each time. I tried them as Mp4, WMV, and AVI formats without success. Open to suggestions there! Basically video No 1 shows the process I went through to create my own scrolling text template and save it in the MEP "own template" section I named it "Text Scroll Right to Left". I used the exact same method to create a Template called "Keiths Text Box" with the exact same text positioning and movement on screen a few days ago to use for the same purpose. I used that " Keiths Text Box" scrolling template throughout the project I was working on in several places along the timeline and everything seemed fine. As I neared the end of the project I decided to add some scrolling up the screen from bottom to top intro text at the beginning of the movie choosing one from the pre prepared movement tiles section. When I dragged it onto the timeline at the start of the film it dropped in place and I proceeded to open it and edit the content I wanted. I then saved the project and did a re-play. As the film replayed the time bar passed over the first of my "Keiths Text Box" horizontal scrolling sections and it had changed completely from scrolling right to left at the bottom of the screen to the same format as the Intro text that I had just added into the timeline i.e from bottom to top. This was very strange. I then checked the tile playback icon in the "my own" section where I had saved the title and it's replay had changed to text scrolling up the screen as well. I went back into the timeline and selected one of the "Keiths Text Box" entries to try and edit it to scroll back to doing right to left again but the animation field in the edit text area had that foreign text in it and would not change at all. So I deleted all of the "Keiths Text Box" sections and recreated them again manually to finish my movie. Then I came on here to seek some advice and see if this has happened to anyone else. Sorry this was a bit long winded and I had hoped it make more sense with the video's to accompany the explanation, but for some reason I cannot upload them. Thanks for responding.

Following the previous advice I gave you, I cannot reproduce the issue you are having as shown below loading a Custom title template and modifying it.

Note: if the modified Custom title is saved again as a custom template with the same name, ie overwriting the saved template, then the issue is replicable.
