Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

As a first step try disabling any Firewall or Antivirus software you have running during the download. Sometimes these can interfere with the download an/or installation process.

If that produces no improvement email infoservice@magix.net, explain what is happening and ask if they can give you a link to the download of the FULL program rather than the Download Manager.
