Movie edit Pro Plus problems

I keep getting when I want to put one of my videos on my timeline I get "In order to use the AVCHD function a onetime activation is required. Would you like to activate it now?" So I click the online button and I put in my serial number and email and the I click on the Register Email Immediatley Online. Then I am braught into the Magix Service Centre and I get

I do not have a login and would like to register

Then I click the proceed button below and nothing happends!

I close that page and I get " An error accured with the online connection or the connection was interrupted please contact magix support. What do I do???

You might need to contact the Magix Customer Service. This is more a user to user error. There is really nothing anyone can do here. I have the same program but I unlocked the codec already for AVCHD without issue.

It could be that the Magix website was down, you might try now to see if you get a different result.
